Perhaps you feel unhappy or have problems that cannot easily be resolved. Secrets lay heavy and you might need a truly confidential and non-judgmental listener.
Counselling may be for you if you have any sort of emotional issues that you find difficult to sort out on your own.
Issues can be ‘light’ or ‘heavy:’ difficulties adjusting to a new country, hardships at work, family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, dealing with grief, facing serious illness, to name a few.
I can offer a safe, confidential and professional environment in which to explore your issues, at your pace, in your own time.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from the UK and a Masters Degree in Marketing. I have lived in the Netherlands since 2001 and can offer counselling in English or Hebrew.
